Speakers:

Markus Ang

Markus started his career as a shy quietly spoken “yes man” where he was always following instructions and relying on others to tell him what to do next. With more experience and great mentorship, he began to find his voice and went from a doer to a thinker. He is now a Lead Designer facilitating workshops and leading a dev team in one of the most exciting technology companies challenging the big banks of Australia.

Ronald Kwan

As the Group Manager of Internal Audit for UGL, Ronald established a global audit function from the ground up covering four key continents of UGL’s operations including Australasia, Asia, UK & Europe and North America. Currently, as the Principal Manager of Audit & Assurance for Sydney Metro, Ronald is proud to be part of a high performing organisation delivering Sydney’s first multi-billion dollar Metro line and be a part of history.

Mandeep Sodhi

Entrepreneur and ex-CEO and founder of HashChing – online marketplace for home loans in Australia. Mandeep was selected as one of the top 100 coolest people in Australian tech by Business Insider in October 2016, awarded Young Business Leader by IABCA in 2017 and nominated as Finalist for 2017 Young Business Leader of the Year award by Optus. For his contribution to Australia as a successful migrant, Mandeep’s name was added to the 79th Bronze Panel of the Welcome Wall in 2018. Prior to embarking on the start-up journey, Mandeep worked in the financial services sector for over a decade and added an Executive MBA with Distinction average from Sydney Business School in 2014 to his academic profile. In his spare time, Mandeep mentors budding entrepreneurs at The Founder Institute and Sydney Business School.
